Politics in the Workplace

By the way, many of you know I work for a regional health care company. What you may not know is that it earns a great deal of its revenue from public/governmental entities. Germane to the election today, however, is what you don't know about its internal culture. Here's an illustration: an employee dressed as a Sarah Palin look-alike for Halloween won the costume contest for the "most scary" category at work. Yep. Judged by employees, to the cheers of nearly everyone present. And yes, HR personnel were present.
