Charles Taylor on "A Secular Age"

Finally, one of the great intellectual mentors in part responsible for my conversion has published his long-promised work on the secularization of the modern world:


I remember him as a delightful and engaging gentleman
(not that I knew him well; indeed, I only met him on a few occasions,
but the impression he left exceeded my expectations):

His expansive and sharp genius almost goes without saying (but is well said here). If you have had the chance to read his new work, please let us know how you liked it; as soon as I can afford to get a copy, I will review it here on the blog.
